- Tamara Weiss is an artist living in the Italian Market area of Philadelphia. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Crafts from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia; as well as studying stone carving, fresco painting and printmaking in Lacoste, France. After years of experience in various mediums, from textiles to glassblowing, she found herself drawn to laying ink to page.
